LFA Football Rookies Day Camp is a great introduction for your child into the world of flag or tackle football. Your athlete will participate in college level football skills and drills coached by current college and high school level coaches and players and finish every day with a flag football game! The camp takes place inside our NFL-caliber indoor facility, so your athlete will stay cool during the hot summer sun! Our elite level players will hone their skills in a small group learning environment, while brand new players will have the positive space they need to safely learn this contact sport from the ground up. Each day, athletes will undergo offensive AND defensive stations to ensure they learn all aspects of the game of football, with an emphasis on having fun! Tackle safety is of the utmost importance to LFA Football so our athletes will undergo low-intensity fundamental tackle instruction to make sure they learn the most modern tackling techniques by licensed coaches. This camp is a great introduction to our Summer Flag Football League and Fall Tackle Football Teams and coaches. All campers will receive a camp t-shirt with their registration.
