Sports: Flag Football and Lacrosse

Camp Info: Lou Fusz Athletic strives itself on the development of athletes of all ages across multiple sports. Our Summer Sports Camps are a great environment for your athlete to learn two of the fastest growing sports in America (Flag Football and Lacrosse) in a small group environment. These multi-sports camps are led by our Director of Football, Jeff Fell, current Varsity Lacrosse and Football coach at John Burroughs High School, former college football and lacrosse coach. During this two-hour no pad camp, your athlete will learn one hour of each sport with all equipment provided by the Lou Fusz Athletic (just show up with athletic attire and water, sticks and flags provided)! Start the evening with small group games stressing lacrosse skills (passing, catching, and ground balls) then move into controlled lacrosse games. Once the second hour begins, your athlete will drop the stick for an NFL Flag belt and learn the fundamentals of flag football in a small group environment followed by Flag football games or a camp wide competition of Punt, Pass and Kick. Each day will involve different up-tempo, fun drills to emphasize the FUNdamentals of each sport.

Athletes of all experience are welcome to participate! Each athlete receives a camp t-shirt on registration!

5 PM: Registration/Drop Off at St. John Vianney High School - Stick Hand Out

Lacrosse Drill Work (Passing/Catching, GBs, Shooting)

Lacrosse Games (3x3, 1x1, Hungry Hungry Hippos)

Water - Turn in sticks for flags

Football Drill Work (Passing, Catching, Defending)

Flag Football Games

7 PM: Pick Up at St. John Vianney High School

Thursday will consist of games all day! Parents are encouraged to stay and watch!
